The registration fee for participants includes:

The registration fees for students do not include Gala Dinner.
Students (under 30 years of age) must present a valid student card and an identity card when collecting their congress documents at the registration counter on-site. Registered students may purchase tickets for Gala Dinner separately at the local Conference Secretariat for R$ 80,00.
The registration fees for accompanying persons also include personalized gift / souvenir and tourist program (lunch included):
Praia do Forte” Beach (approximately 70km – 60 minutes)
- Walk through the village´s picturesque main streets towards Projeto Tamar - Project for the conservation of Brazil´s marine turtles.
- Free time for shopping or a beach swim (approximately 1h30m), followed by a visit and lunch at the Garcia D´Avila Tower House ruins.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES
Registrations through UNITECR 2009 website are acceptable until october 13th. New registrations can be done at local conference secretariat.
CONFIRMATION
After receipt of the payment, the registration fees will be confirmed to your e-mail address. We ask you please to bring this document and your identification card in order to receive your materials at the local conference secretariat.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration cancellation should be made in writing only to LYRIUM COMUNICAÇÃO, Organization Service by September 26, 2009. Those will be refunded with 50% of the registration fee received. There will be no reimbursement of registration fees for any cancellations from September 26, 2009 on.
LIABILITY
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, social program and all other information.
Neither the organizers nor LYRIUM Comunicação, Organization Service is liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the causing factor. Participants and accompanying persons attend the congress and all accompanying events at their own risk and responsibility.
The place of jurisdiction for registered traders, for persons with no general place of jurisdiction within the country and for persons who have transferred their domicile abroad after the conclusion of the contract is Salvador, Bahia.
