The abstract must include the essential aspects and results of the paper.
There is no limit on the number of words that it may contain. However, it must NOT exceed the allotted space within each abstract box and must contain the minimum of 400 words. Equations, drawings, tables, etc. may be included.

The program calls for approximately 160 papers with a final selection of qualified papers by the Technical Program Committee, to be made on the basis of the date and order in which the abstracts are received by the Committee.
The organizer will inform the applicant, by 31 January 2009, whether or not the paper has been accepted.
