Short course on thermal shock is approaching maximum capacity
The short course on Thermal Shock Resistance of Engineered Microstructures (full day course on October 13, 2009) is now approaching its maximum capacity of registrations. The response we had from the refractories community was a demonstration of the interest in the topic selected for the course and also a huge recognition to the capacity of Prof. Pandolfelli as a an expert in this field of knowledge.
We had planned this course for a maximum of 50 participants but due to the interest demonstrated by the number of registrations received since June, we decided to expand this number to a maximum of 70 participants. We are now very close to that number and we can only accept the next first confirmed 11 registrations or close the registration on the 22nd September, whatever occurs first.
So if you are planning to attend the short course and have not yet confirmed your registration we would like to urge you to do that as soon as possible. Check the registration tab for the short course and take this opportunity to broaden your knowledge by attending the course, interacting with the instructor and exchanging your experiences with other participants.
