Abstracts to the general Call for Papers will be organized into topical sessions, as is standard with UNITECR Congresses. Deadline for the abstract submission is 31 December, 2008. Applicants will receive e-mail notification of acceptance by 31 January, 2009. All accepted papers will be included in the proceedings. Deadline for the proceedings will be 30 April, 2009 and manuscripts received after that date will not be included. The oral presentation of the paper is limited to 15 minutes. Afterwards, 5 minutes have been set aside for questions and discussion. UNITECR strongly encourages speakers to make their presentation using computer projection. The Congress Organizers will provide computer projection equipment in each session room. Other visual aid equipment will be provided on request and may be at an additional expense, payable by the speaker. The official language of UNITECR is English. Authors are responsible for their own costs. |
